I understand that there may at times be responsible contact between my child/ren and the teaching staff of Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy which is a necessary part of dance.

I understand that my child/ren will be participating in dance classes under safe dance practice and normal risks associated with dance/movement.

Students are to be collected by a parent/guardian at the end of all lessons.

I agree that any photos/videos taken during any classes and performances may be used by Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy for advertising purposes.

Students and parents are expected to behave in a friendly and respectful manner to all teachers and fellow students befitting Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy's reputation.

We believe in positive teaching methods in a joyful and nurturing environment, however at times constructive criticism is needed for the students to progress with their technique.

Parents are expected to wait outside during lessons, unless arranged prior with Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy. We have open days, viewing weeks and end of year performance where parents can watch their child/ren.

Parents are to keep us up to date with your correct email address and telephone numbers.

Students are expected to wear the full uniform to all classes and are purchased from Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy. From Pre-Primary onwards, female students are required to wear their hair in a neat ballet bun, male students are to also have their hair brushed neatly. No watches or necklaces to be worn in class.

If your child is sick and unable to take place in the class, parents will be contacted to collect. Likewise, please notify Miss Fisher's Ballet Academy if your child is not attending a lesson. If your child has a contagious illness, please let us know and do not attend until the illness has been cleared by a doctor.
